❗Important Notes Before Booking
We kindly ask all guests to read the FAQ page carefully before contacting us or making a reservation. We receive many inquiries, and unfortunately, we cannot respond to questions that are already answered in the FAQ.
If your message clearly shows that you haven’t read the FAQ, we may not respond at all.

Reservations are accepted only via LINE.
We no longer take bookings or inquiries through Instagram or other platforms. -
We only accept guests who can communicate fluently in either Japanese or English.
This is essential for safety and smooth communication during the tour. -
If you cannot use LINE, we’re sorry but we won’t be able to accommodate your booking.

Due to safety considerations and the limited number of English-speaking staff, we can only accept one non-Japanese speaking group per tour.

STEP 1
To make a reservation, please send us a message on **LINE** with the following information:
– Which tour you'd like to join
– Preferred date
– Number of participants
✅ Example of a good inquiry:
“We’d like to join the Yabiji Snorkeling Tour on July 15th. 2 adults (ages 34 and 35) and 1 kid (age 8). All of us speak English fluently.”

STEP 2
Once we’ve confirmed availability via LINE, we’ll ask you to fill out the reservation form below. Your booking will only be finalized once we’ve received your form and sent you a confirmation message via LINE.

*We may take a little time to reply. If you don’t hear back from us within 12 hours, your form may not have gone through — please contact us again.
